• Payment data: handled securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or bank details on our servers.
• Account data: if you create an account, we store your email and order history.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to process and ship orders, communicate about your purchase, prevent fraud, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and improve our store experience. Marketing emails are only sent with your consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

4. Order fulfillment

Backbeat Wear handles all aspects of order production, fulfillment, and shipping. We take full responsibility for your order from purchase to delivery. We use your name and shipping address solely to produce and deliver your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We transmit encrypted payment details directly to Stripe and do not store complete card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank credentials. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
