1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or purchasing from Backbeat Wear at backbeat-wear.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable VAT for EU customers where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order. Product descriptions and images are for reference; minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and print processes.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are processed after payment confirmation through Stripe. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
4. Shipping
Backbeat Wear handles production, fulfillment, and shipping for every order. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after production. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.
5. Returns and refunds (14-day EU right)
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective. Contact us through the contact form to start a return.
6. Account responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, logos, graphics, text, and other content on Backbeat Wear are owned by Backbeat Wear or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or resell any content or products without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Backbeat Wear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. In the event of a dispute, we prefer amicable resolution through direct communication. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version takes effect when published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
